Jenna Proctor a Mustang

Jenna Proctor a senior from Corner Canyon High School has signed her National Letter of Intent to play college soccer at Western Wyoming Community College.

Jenna has lived in Draper Utah for most of her life, and she has a strong love for her home town.  Proctor played outside back for Corner Canyon High School. She has also had the opportunity to play for Ajax, a Premier one level club team. Jenna has been playing competition soccer for ten years.

Outside back and center midfield are the positions that fit Jenna's skill set the best. Jenna said that, "the club training has made me the player I am today. My coaches, Brandon Naylor and Troy Stroud, and my team have been the most influential people in my soccer career. I am so grateful for all the friendships I have formed while playing soccer with these girls."

Jenna have maintained a 3.5 GPA and has been an honor student throughout her high school career.  She has plans to continue on as a strong student athlete while studying nursing at Western Wyoming.

Proctor has a great family support that pushed her towards her goal of playing collegiate soccer. Her sister, Heather Proctor was a Mustang soccer player from 2014-2015. Jenna is especially grateful to her parents, for creating the opportunity for her to play soccer from a young age. This awesome support system instilled in Proctor a great love for the game of soccer.

Proctor commented that, "Soccer has taught me many life lessons. Leadership, dedication, and teamwork have all helped me in my everyday life. Soccer has created the person I am today through coaches, teammates, and hard work. I cannot wait to continue playing the sport I love at Western Wyoming."

We at Western Wyoming are so excited to add another great student, athlete and person.  We have high expectations for Jenna and her teammates for the next couple of years.   We
