Graisy Greener a senior from Ogden Utah and Ogden High School has signed her National Letter of Intent to continue her soccer career with Western Wyoming Community College in Rock Springs WY.
Graisy is a very versatile player on the soccer pitch but we at WWCC think her best position is as a center midfielder. Graisy has the size, skill and disposition to play as either a center defensive mid or as an attacking midfielder player.
Greener is a great athlete and is currently playing varsity soccer for the Ogden High School Lady Tigers. Her athleticism showed during her time at OHS. During her tenure with the Lady Tigers Graisy and OHS reached the 4A UHSAA semifinals and quarterfinals.
Graisy is a great student carrying a GPA of 3.7 in high school. We expect that she will continue her high academic standards while she is a Mustang. She plans to study either Criminal Justice or Sociology while at Western Wyoming.
At the WWCC tryout Graisy attended and all the film that we have seen of her, Greener has a motor that never stops. Her tenacity will help her out a lot playing at the collegiate level. She also does an excellent job at playing a pivot in the middle of the field - being able to switch the point of attack while maintaining possession and putting pressure on the opposition's attack.
Congratulations Graisy, we plan on wonderful things from you in your next two years at Western Wyoming both on and off of the field.
