Kaitlyn Pryor a Part of Western Wyo Soccer

Kaitlyn Pryor a senior at Northridge High School in Layton Utah has committed to and is ready to play for the Western Wyoming Community College Women’s soccer team.

Kaitlyn is a defender who usually plays as an outside back.  She has the height, speed and foot skills to do very well at the NJCAA level.  She could even see time for the Mustangs this fall as a midfielder or a wide forward if she is needed there to help out the team.

Pryor showed very well in front of the Mustang coaching staff and teammates impressing them with her field awareness, touch on the ball and her passing ability.

In high school Kaitlyn was a member of the Northridge Lady Knights soccer team.  She scored one goal for NHS.  During her 4 year varsity playing career at NHS, Pryor and the Lady Knights made the 5A UHSAA state soccer tournament twice in a very tough and competitive Region 1.  In high school Pryor maintained a 3.99 GPA and has been on the Honor Roll every semester.  She has also been a member of National Junior Honor Society.

Kaitlyn played for the L30 Crush Blue club soccer team.  Crush and Pryor participated in various tournaments and were finalists at multiple tournaments.  They won more than a handful of tournaments including the National President's Cup tournament in Greenville SC, in 2014.

Western is very happy to announce Kaitlyn's commitment and know that she will be an amazing student and soccer player for Western Wyoming for the next 2 years.  Welcome Kaitlyn!
