In the first half Western had difficulty finding any rhythm and attack. While Snow College took many shots resulting in two goals in the 32nd and 41st minutes. The halftime score was 2 to 0 in favor of the home team Snow College.
In the second half Western found an offensive groove but still had trouble from giving up easy goals. Snow scored just 2 minutes into the second half for a 3 to 1 lead. Western then out played Snow for the majority of the second half. Their hard work paid off when Jordan Gibson scored in the 70th minute after stealing a clearing pass from the defense. Sadly, WWCC would not find the net again. Snow found one last goal in the match in the 88th minute. The final score was 4 to 1 in favor of Snow College.
