WWCC Cannot Keep Up With Snow
After a disappointing end to the match versus SLCC the WWCC Mustangs faced the Snow College Lady Badgers.
This was the second match of the week played on the Green River Wolves Stadium turf in Green River WY.
Snow dominated play early and score three first half goals. The goals were in the 17th, 18th and 33rd minutes. The halftime lead was 3 to 0 for Snow.
Even though the Mustangs played better in the second half they could not muster much offense and gave up too many scoring opportunities to the Lady Badgers. Snow scored two more goals in the match in the 59th and 88th minutes. The final score was Snow 5 and WWCC 0. The record for the Mustangs now is 2 - 4 - 0 on the season.
Mustang Valuable Player: Rylee Blacker for her 12 saves on the day. Final score would have been a lot worse if not for Rylee's heroics.
