Another Year of Maddie Case for the Mustangs

Maddie Case from Timpview High in Provo UT has signed her sophomore year National Letter of Intent to once again play soccer for Western Wyoming Community College.

Maddie's freshman year was an excellent year as she showed her offensive prowess many times throughout the fall.  During the fall 2015 season Maddie's stats were; 17 Shots, 1 Goal, 3 Assists, 2 Fouls, 12 Starts and she played in 28 halves.  Maddie's freshman year was cut short after suffering a knee injury and she missed the final 5 matches of the season.  The Mustangs missed her work and offensive ability in those final 5 matches.  Maddie played as an attacking midfielder most of the fall season.  She also saw time as a forward and an outside midfielder.

After recovery from her knee injury and a long winter off-season Maddie had a very effective spring scrimmage season.  In our spring scrimmages Maddie was used on the pitch again in attacking positions mainly attacking mid, outside mid and forward.

As we look forward to the Fall 2016 season we are excited to have a healthy Maddie who has worked on her skills and ready to lead the Mustangs to new heights.  She reads the field very well, finds the passing lanes easily and has a great long distance shot.  We see her as a big part of our midfield as a sophomore to help us with possession, defense and more importantly the attack.  Welcome back Maddie we are happy to continue to have you as a member of the Western Wyoming Soccer Family again.
