Golden Eagles Dominate in Match in Cheyenne

The Golden Eagles scored early on the Mustangs on Wednesday in Cheyenne and deflated the Mustang spirit and fight for a minute but not for long.  WWCC fought very hard against a very talented LCCC team.  The Golden Eagles added another goal before half time and took a 2 - 0 lead in the break.

In the second half the Mustangs still struggled to find offense and to get out of their defensive half.  LCCC added two more goals for a 4 - 0 lead and victory on the day.  Rylee Blacker despite giving up four goals had 15 saves for the Mustangs.  The loss brings the WWCC record to 2 - 3 - 1 on the season and a 1 - 2 - 0 Region IX record.
