Brooke Foster Back in 2017 with Mustang Soccer

Brooke Foster from Daniel Wyoming and a 2016 graduate from A Beka Academy will play for her second year of NJCAA soccer with Western Wyoming Community College in Rock Springs.  Brooke played her prep soccer at Pinedale High in Pinedale Wyoming.

Brooke is a Business Major while at Western Wyoming.  She has done a good job in the classroom finding herself on the Dean's Honor Roll in both semesters during her freshman year.

During the fall 2016 season for the Mustangs Brooke saw a lot of action mainly as a striker.  Foster amassed the following stats; 5 Shots, 4 Fouls, 2 Starts and 44 Halves Played.  Brooke did an excellent job during her freshman year being a physical presence for the Mustangs on the front attacking line.  She possesses good speed and an unstoppable motor.  She was often used in the game plan to put immediate pressure on the back line of the opposition.  Foster provided great minutes off of the bench in almost every match of the year, she even stepped up to a starter's role twice during her freshman campaign.

Brooke worked very hard during the winter not only in the weight room to increase her core strength but also improving her foot skills and shooting.   Brooke did this while the team played futsal during the months of November through March.  During the spring scrimmage season, March and April of this year, Brooke continued to work on becoming a better soccer player and teammate.  We expect a lot out of this young woman both as a student but also as an athlete.  Welcome back to the Western family Brooke Foster.
