Karly Conolly a senior from Bonneville High school has signed her National Letter of Intent to play college soccer at WWCC in Rock Springs Wyoming.
Karly was a four year varsity letter recipient for both soccer and basketball. She was voted second team All Area in soccer and was 1st team All Region in basketball while being picked for the Standard Star.
Karly was an attacking player for Bonneville and helped assist in many of the Laker's goals. Karly netted 18 goals in her time with BHS. She was apart of the Lady Lakers team that won their Region three years in a row.
During her junior season, the Lady Lakers were finalists for the UHSAA 4A state title. In the 2018 season Karly and her team advanced to the 4A state quarterfinals.
Karly has maintained a 3.9 GPA and plans to study Physical Education at Western Wyoming Community College. Karly was nominated for academic all state and is apart of National Honor Society.
Karly played with her comp team Nitro for 8 consecutive years. Karly is thankful for all the valuable life lessons, and lifelong friendships she has made. Karly would like to thank her comp coaches Chris and Bill, "for helping me become the soccer player I am today, and for supporting me though everything". She would also like to thank her high school soccer and basketball coaches for being some of the most influential people in her life today. Lastly she would like to thank her parents for supporting her through her dreams, Karly says she, "wouldn’t be here without them".
Karly loves her dogs and enjoys playing the piano with her free time. She loves laughing and dancing with her friends. Karly enjoys boating, surfing, and always having a good time. Karly can’t wait to continue her soccer career at Western Wyoming.
We at WWCC are excited to add another dynamic and versatile player into our attack. Karly can play as a center forward, an outside forward and even an attacking center midfielder. Congrats to Conolly in joining the Mustang Soccer family.
