WWCC took little time to get on the board when Maylee Thompson scored in the 7th minute from a Kylee Manning assist. Nothing else happened in terms of scoring in the remainder of the first half. The score at intermission was WWCC 1 and WNCC 0.
The second half would see a lot more scoring fireworks. Kaitlyn Pryor scored int he 55th minute off of a header from an Abbie Riley corner kick. Emma Barnes added a third goal for WWCC when she took a long free that made is past the Lady Cougar keeper. WNCC did not quit and scored a goal in the 81st minute to close the score at 3 to 1. In the 87th minute Maylee Thompson scored her second goal of the match from an Emma Barnes assist. With this victory the Mustang overall record is now 8 - 6 - 1.
Mustang Valuable Player: Kaitlyn Pryor - Kaitlyn score her first goal as a Mustang and was a weapon on the left side of the field.
