WWCC Offense Comes Alive Versus NJC

 On Saturday in Rock Springs the WWCC team played host to the NJC Lady Plainsmen.  This was the third home match for the week for the Mustangs.

The Mustang offense found lots of space, used good runs, passes and found outside shots.  WWCC had 26 shots on the day with 17 shots on goal for the day.  The lone goal for the Mustangs in the 1st half came from Kenzie Lucas in the 38th minute off of an assist from Yridian Cardenas.  The halftime score was 1 to 0 in favor of WWCC.

The second half was continued offensive soccer for the Mustangs.  Two more goals were scored for WWCC.  The 2nd goal of the match was by Jaden Auger with a Kenzie Lucas assist in the 54th minute.  The final and 3rd goal of the match was scored by Kenzie Lucas with the assist going to Madisyn Cantrell in the 56th minute.  The final score was 3 to 0 in favor of the Mustangs.  The win bring the 2017 season record to an even 4 - 4 - 0.  Lindsey Lemmons was created with the shutout playing all 90 minutes.
