Heather Proctor an Idaho State Bengal Soccer Player

Heather Proctor a sophomore at Western Wyoming Community College in Rock Springs has committed to play soccer for the next two years at Idaho State University in Pocatello ID.

Heather was a center defender for the Mustangs both her freshman and sophomore year.  She was an integral part of the team both of her seasons.  She was named a captain for the 2015 season from her teammates.  Proctor was also voted as the 2015 Defensive MVP for the Mustangs.

Heather will be leaving Western Wyoming in May having started 34 matches in 2 season the second most of any WWCC Women's soccer player in the team's history.  Idaho State struggled last season but has a good group of returning players, incoming players and a good coaching staff and should find success soon.

Heather is the first WWCC women's soccer player to play at the Division 1 level since Harli Hall played at Weber State.  Congratulations Heather and best of luck while wearing the orange and black of ISU.
