Sophomore Returner - Lizzy Clark

Lizzy Clark completed her freshman season at Western Wyoming and will return for her sophomore season.  Lizzy comes to WWCC from Malad City Idaho.

Lizzy's freshmen year was good for her and the Mustangs.  Clark had the following stats during her first season at Western; 3 Shots, 1 Goal, 2 Fouls, 1 Start and 48 Halves Played.  Lizzy saw the bulk of her time as a freshman as a center forward.  Her work rate was very high and she created countless opportunities for the team.  She was usually one of the first three substitutes used in matches during the fall 2018 season.

During the winter and spring of 2019 Lizzy improved her soccer skills along with your physical abilities.  Clark was named as a spring 2019 captain and did well in that capacity.  For most of our spring scrimmages Lizzy played as an attacking midfielder using her great vision and play making abilities.

In the fall 2019 season we think that Lizzy will be a force to be reckoned with.  She has the skill and the desire to play a lot of minutes as a center forward, an outside forward or an attacking midfielder.  We look forward to seeing her hard work pay off.

Clark has been an academic power house.  During the fall 2018 semester she was on the Dean's Honor Roll and for the spring 2019 semester she was on the President's Honor Roll.  Lizzy is on track to graduate from WWCC with her Associate's Degree in December of 2019.

Welcome back Lizzy and good luck in your final season for Western Wyoming.
